Effective September 7, 2026 · Version 2026-09-07
What
Account, workspace, clinical, billing, support, and security information.
Why
To operate, secure, support, and improve your Nuskha workspace.
Control
Update account data, manage sessions, and contact Support for privacy requests.
This policy explains how Nuskha, provided by Rawan Technologies, handles information used to provide its clinical workspace. A clinician or facility using Nuskha is responsible for the clinical records it chooses to enter and for informing patients as required for its own work.
1. Information we handle
Account information can include identity, email, role, verification, policy acceptance, profile details, and secured sign-in information. Workspace information can include clinician or facility details, patient records, diagnoses, tests, medicines, prescriptions, vital signs, instructions, and notes. Operational data can include billing, support, notifications, sessions, device details, timestamps, and limited security logs.
2. How information is used
We use information to authenticate accounts, provide clinical workspaces and prescription output, deliver account emails, manage subscriptions and support, improve reliability, and protect the service. Nuskha does not use the prescription workflow to make automated clinical decisions about a patient.
3. Service providers and authorized access
Providers may support sign-in, email delivery, file delivery, databases, and hosting, and receive only information needed for those functions. Information may be disclosed when required by law or needed to protect users and the service. Workspace access is limited by ownership and authorization controls.
4. Retention
Information is retained while needed to operate the workspace, protect account history, resolve support or billing matters, and meet record-keeping requirements. Deleted information may remain briefly in protected backups before normal removal cycles complete.
5. Your choices and requests
You can update profile details, reset passwords, revoke sessions, disconnect a sign-in provider after establishing another method, and contact Support for access, correction, export, or deletion. Identity verification or required record retention may apply.
6. Security
Measures include password hashing, expiring account links, workspace ownership checks, revocable sessions, and access restrictions. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Keep credentials private and report suspected unauthorized access promptly.
7. Children’s information
User accounts are intended for authorized professionals and facility personnel. A child’s patient record may be entered only by an authorized clinician or facility with an appropriate basis to handle it.
8. International infrastructure
Technology providers may process information outside the user’s country, subject to the protections and arrangements applicable to those providers and the deployment.
9. Changes and contact
Material updates may be communicated in the application or through the account email. For privacy questions or requests, contact Rawan Technologies through Support in Nuskha.
