Terms of Service

Effective September 7, 2026 · Version 2026-09-07

The short version

Nuskha is a workspace for authorized clinical professionals and facilities. It supports prescription documentation; it does not replace clinical judgment. Protect patient data, verify every prescription, and maintain any independent records your work requires.

These terms govern access to Nuskha, a prescription workspace provided by Rawan Technologies. By accepting them or using the service, you agree to these terms for yourself and, where applicable, the organization you are authorized to represent.

1. Accounts and authorized access

Provide accurate registration details, protect your password, and review active sessions. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. A facility must ensure that every staff member who can access patient records is appropriately authorized and uses their own permitted access.

  • Do not share credentials or use another person’s account.
  • Tell Support promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
  • Keep profile, licensing, contact, and facility details current.

2. Clinical responsibility

Nuskha helps users record, organize, preview, download, and print prescriptions. It does not diagnose conditions, select treatment, verify interactions, or replace professional judgment. Before issuing a prescription, the prescribing clinician must verify all patient, medicine, dose, allergy, interaction, instruction, and print details.

Use Nuskha only within your professional authorization and the rules that apply to your work and location. A draft or system-generated suggestion is not a completed clinical decision.

3. Patient information and your content

You remain responsible for information entered into your workspace and for having permission or another appropriate basis to handle it. Enter only information needed for care or workspace administration. You authorize Nuskha and its service providers to process this content only as needed to operate, secure, and support the service.

  • Review records for accuracy and correct errors promptly.
  • Do not upload unlawful content, malware, or data you are not entitled to use.
  • Do not place patient information in public branding images or other inappropriate fields.

4. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, bypass access controls, probe for vulnerabilities, interfere with other workspaces, automate abusive traffic, or use Nuskha for fraud or unlawful prescribing. We may restrict access while investigating misuse, security risks, or a material breach of these terms.

5. Plans, trials, and payments

Plan features, limits, trial periods, and prices are shown in the application before purchase. A payment request may require review before activation. Expired access may restrict clinical features. Any correction or refund request is assessed under the displayed purchase terms and applicable mandatory requirements.

6. Availability, exports, and record keeping

Maintenance, internet connectivity, and third-party infrastructure can affect availability. Keep appropriate independent copies of records needed for continuing care or required retention. Always inspect downloaded PDFs and printed documents for completeness and correct alignment before use.

7. Third-party services

Some functions rely on providers for authentication, email, file uploads, hosting, or other infrastructure. Their availability can affect those functions. Links to third-party sites are governed by those providers’ terms.

8. Suspension and account closure

We may suspend or restrict an account to protect users, patient information, the service, or legal rights. You may stop using Nuskha and request closure through Support. Closure does not override required clinical retention, unresolved security investigations, or outstanding payment obligations.

9. Disclaimers and mandatory rights

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Nuskha is provided on an available basis without a promise of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these terms limits any right or responsibility that cannot lawfully be limited.

10. Changes and contact

When these terms materially change, notice may be provided in the application or through the account email. The accepted version and acceptance date are stored with the account. Contact Rawan Technologies through Support in Nuskha with questions.
